Craig Nicholls, started with Rogue, Alameda Brew house, Big Horse and Port Halling Brewing.  Nicholls is an innovative Oregon brewer who has a fondness for uncommon ingredients and who believes in brewing organically.  He organized the first Northwest Organic Brewers Festival in 2003. Jason McAdam began brewing professionally forr McMenamins.  They met when Nicholls was brewing at Alameda and soon realized they share a common philosophy.
